Hi, all. Larry thought this would be the easiest way for us to keep abreast of supplies, etc., for the upcoming festivities! I'm very excited, and the boys can hardly wait (Larry included).
Launa & Kevin, we had talked about meals somewhat. I was going to buy a bunch of stuff ahead of time, but I think I've decided to just buy once we get there. We'll make simple, family-friendly things like you had suggested. Maybe one night, we can do a holiday-type meal, since we won't all be together for Thanksgiving. As I said, there's a Food Lion out there, so getting food won't be a problem.
We are bringing sheets. I will bring 4 sets of queen sheets, 1 king set, and 2 or 3 twin sets. I think that should cover everybody. I'll also bring a stack of beach towels, and a stack of regular towels. Towels were what was in shortest supply last year.
I'm bringing tons of games. Aidan & Zack are so excited about the games. Unfortunately, our X-Box is broken. Launa, do your boys have one? If you could bring that, the boys would be so excited. We have Rock Band and Guitar Hero, which we all played last time. Aidan wants Pop-Pop to sing some more Radiohead! Let me know.
Anything else you can think of? It'll be here before we know it!

Looks like we will be the only one with a relatively empty car. I thought we would bring the bulky stuff, TP, Towels and a 20# bag of Iams for the big dogs, Larry, can your dogs eat the large dog chunks (green bag?)

We will be bringing all game consoles--including x-box...the boys would be lost without them! Also Kevin is bringing his fishing gear--he's looking forward to doing some surf fishing.
I've also got beach and bath towels and lot's of doggie stuff!
